Reimagining Civic Leadership in a Changing Baton Rouge will explore the vital role of a strong, civically engaged network in a moment of profound transition for our city, state, and nation. Grounded in the realities of an aging population, deepening divides, and shifting demographics, the talk will challenge LBR alumni to consider how inclusive, intergenerational connections can strengthen our civic infrastructure.

Raymond A. Jetson, a Baton Rouge native whose decades of leadership are rooted in bridging generational and racial divides, is a co–leader of MetroMorphosis alongside Sherreta Harrison (c/o 2024). Jetson champions a collaborative leadership style that defies mentor‑mentee norms and empowers both emerging and seasoned voices.
